Favortie story-line of mine, and well executed in the beginning. I would have liked to see more detail at the end, it feels like it ended rather quickly.
A romantic sequel would be a great idea. (8/10)

Loved the start of this story. Nicely written. Hope you will continue with it so we can read about what else happens between the three of them. (9/10)

Nicely done! (I wouldn't have expected anything less.) Well presented and detailed, good progression and finale. As for the tense changes mentioned by a prior reveiwer, I disagree. Tense changes to the present when describing the present, back to past when describing a memory. A bit short and mild for the Polecat, but still an enjoyable tale quite worthy of reading. (9/10)

The story was originally written for a magazine that required it to be in past tense. In the end, I did not like to do it in past tense, so I posted it here.

It you didn't keep switching tenses from past to present, I would have given this a 10 for sure! It was a great story! (8/10)
