If you like over-long stories made up of over-
involved narrative description (that needs a
thorough editing), featuring implausible
characters that we care nothing about -- then
you'll love this one.
To quote a typical snippet:
"manually palpitate the area with your fingers."
In the first place, the correct word here is
"palpate." In the second place, "to manually
palpate with your fingers" is not only
redundant, but doubly redundant.
There are many other shortcomings, but you get
the idea. (5/10)

My salute to Powerone once again. Clear, well described sensation, appropriate terminology, real reluctant but accepted sexuality. Wow. Good story, as we have come to expect from you.
How can the doctors refrain from doing SOMEthing to ease the ol' biological pressure?
